What happens when shops forget to pay their rent?

DISCLAIMER: This is really none of my business, and my opinion is worth what you paid for it. I used to help people out with car work a lot. This was mostly because I like helping people, I enjoyed the work, and gained a lot of expertise from my hands-on automotive work. It would have made me pretty sad if someone that knew nothing personally about me or my work made such wild incorrect generalizations about me in a public way. Even if it were loosely disguised as an apology. I mean no harm, just voicing my opinion like everyone else.

Take care,
Jacob
NOTE: I am currently in Israel and have never seen so dang many Subarus in all my life. Apparently this is a Subaru country. There are old Brats everywhere!

The haters kept hating, and now they have their own forum to hate in, not bad.
PS you should know that some of your mods are rocking my DPT gear...

I got more than my interest at stake here. I got members, vendors, friends, employers and then my own interests at stake. So, I do a bit more than just yap my mouth when I feel like it. I say and do things for a reason here. Reason, that is apparantly too far off from yours. And that is why lets just leave it at that and agree to disagree. You got nothing to prove to me. I got nothing to prove to you. I got another 30,000 members I need to consider.
I am not saying you are a bad person. You are a nice guy, however, i-Club doesn't need a Robin Hood.

I would like to make it clear also since I didn't really say it in my previous response but Zoeb summed it up. There will be no "DPT" Jokes on i-club from now on

Davon, I appreciate you taking your time to read and rethink all this. I accept your apology. I understand that you "snapped". I have been in that position before when I said or did something I wish I hadn't when I was upset.
It takes ***** to blast me on my own site. It takes a lot more ***** to admit you were wrong and apologize. That is what you did. You are a big man, Dan. Thank you! Good luck with your installfests. Be good. Be fast. Be safe.

And thank you for DPT jokes. I have an idea of how we can make everyone happy and keep it within the rules. Let me sleep on it. I will get back to you on that one.

I sat here for about 5 minutes trying to respond to your comment, however I couldn't respond to something that irrelevant. How could you EVER compare burning witches at the stake to me being concerned that an accident could occur? You ever hear of liability insurance? Most insurance companies REQUIRE it when you own your own business. Wanna know why? In case an accident happens. In the event that you need it, the policy will pay out so that the business doesn't go under in the event of a lawsuit and so that the customer is taken care of.
Still, Dan, I apologize for my comments. I hope we can forget about this and be cool in the future.

WOW crazy madness on I-Club....I have been away from a computer for 5 days. All I have to say is that Alex is a good man and so is Davon. Sorry to hear about your family situation Alex. I personally won't contribute to anymore DPT threads. Glad that you lifted the ban Alex. That was a mature decision. Also good to see that Davon apologized and made all well. I know that I am not a senior member or anything like that but I am older than half of the members on I-Club and can honestly say that age doesn't always matter maturity wise, it's the individual who is responsible for their maturity level. So...let's all remember that we have Subaru's, be it a WRX, STI, RS, or Legacy. Most of us mod our Subarus to go faster or handle better or to simply look good. So we all have something in common and that is what makes I-Club so great. Thanks for providing I-CLub Alex. Also, thanks to all I-Club members for the technical info and general fun..Let's hope that BAIC remains and thrives. Now a moment of silence.
