for over 3 years I have been using 76 only in all of my cars and motorcycles. I thought I was the only one until I saw this thread. Put shell premium in my kawasaki 3 years ago and it ran like crap for 40 miles until I got home. I checked for a couple of days and was about to pull the engine out until I hooked up an aux fuel tank to run the engine with the tank off and it ran perfect. I had the receipt and it said 92 (few years ago when the pumps said 92 not 91) I went strictly to chevron and 76 for a bit after that and after all the mtbe crap killing the environment I went to strictly to 76 when they stopped using mtbe. My bikes love it, as does the scooby.

I use 76, cheapest stations around union city/newark would either be the 76 by union landing or the one off ardenwood by jack in da crack...
thanks for the heads up, now i know where to find some cheap gas around my neighborhood.

VP Racing Import for me..

Actually I pretty much only use 76 91 when I use pump gas, although I only use Shell gas when tuning my car (as it's the crappiest I can find locally).

Should have made this a poll.

76 only for me. And occasionally a couple gallons of 100 octane at Woodside/Kentfield in RWC.

Use Chevron most of the time with no problems, i used Shell once last week and my car was hesitating, running like crap. I guess it's the new V-power... i promptly burned off that gas and filled my car up with some Arco... top quality haha... the hesitation was gone and car was back to running normal. I think i'm going to switch to 76 seeing all the support they're getting on here.
