whoa!! why are you calling people names? people you obviously don't know and have never dealt with. He doesn't work at this shop, and you have never met him.
so you're just making yourself sound like a "stand up guy" when you go from one person to another person which you know nothing about and call them a dirtbag and a shop *****.
just bring the tool to the shop in Milpitas and go on with your life.. and know things before you start bashing them.

I am Pho shizzle and I approve of this message.
So bro man here "hears of bad jobs from friends" and then takes his car there... ?
What? Did I really read that?
"I need surgery on my brain (peanut), but I heard from others that the mortality rate is high with this doc, I'll do it anyway"
Teaching someone a lesson and keeping their tool?
1) Bad modeling
2) Bad parenting
3) Jealousness
4) Immaturity
You sound like juveniles who were incarcerated when I monitored them. Lay off the pot, I hear it stunts your brain.
I teach kids being mean to someone is because you're jealous of them.
Being jealous is embarrassing because you cannot control yourself.
Not controlling yourself shows no discipline.
No discipline means no strive to better yourself so you aren't jealous of others.

Seriously, file the report... he already admitted to taking the tool and keeping it. Doubt he would waste his time to ship it (Probably ended up selling it on CL) or have the ***** to go to the shop.
Only dirt bag I see here is the one that took the tool and had a lame excuse to keep it.
In all honesty without naming any names you've f*cked over some of my good friends and you want to come on here as if you guys arent a shady shop. That's just point number one. For two, you did NOT do all the work, and your trunk was a pile of **** too, I just took it with the intent of restoring it. I still plan on returning your tool. But you were going to wait a while until you've learned your lesson on not screwing over. I was going to mail it back to you tomorrow and just ignore you to make you worry about it more. Now you've posted this up and pretended you're not a complete scumbag, so you'll probably wait longer. Ask ANYONE who has ever met me, dealt with me, or done any sort of business. I'm a stand up guy and stick true to my word.
Think whatever you want people, this guy is a dirtbag and missing a tool for a month is the least he deserves. You'll get it back eventually
Oh and btw, about those torsion bars. Those are for the new trunk I just bought, yours is already sold Kia
