does no body know him personally that could help. he obviously has his trunk open since he's looking for some way to keep it open instead of torsion bars. i'm just trying to do this the nicest way possible, i just really need my tool back that simple. i know it was stupid to leave it in the trunk but i was burning up from the fever that day with a headache so i wasn't really thinking, just figured i'd help him out. now i'm out my snap on tool.
In all honesty without naming any names you've f*cked over some of my good friends and you want to come on here as if you guys arent a shady shop. That's just point number one. For two, you did NOT do all the work, and your trunk was a pile of **** too, I just took it with the intent of restoring it. I still plan on returning your tool. But you were going to wait a while until you've learned your lesson on not screwing over. I was going to mail it back to you tomorrow and just ignore you to make you worry about it more. Now you've posted this up and pretended you're not a complete scumbag, so you'll probably wait longer. Ask ANYONE who has ever met me, dealt with me, or done any sort of business. I'm a stand up guy and stick true to my word.
Think whatever you want people, this guy is a dirtbag and missing a tool for a month is the least he deserves. You'll get it back eventually
Oh and btw, about those torsion bars. Those are for the new trunk I just bought, yours is already sold Kia

can you be specific? During the whole time the shop has been open, we've had not had any customers that we did not take care of. so if you think keeping my tool for over a month helps you out then fine what ever. it's nice that you're fighting for your friends that i have no idea who they are.
now i'm more interested in why i'm a dirtbag and why i deserve not to have my tool back. and i don't care if you got a new trunk or not good for you, i just need clarity on why we have a shady shop and why i'm a scumbag. don't name a name, just the car and what the issue was. do you even know the full story? or did they tell you something and that's what you're going with?

This just got interesting, yet again.

And the whole idea of someone being a "dirt bag" so you hold their... tool? Why not be a standup guy, give it back and leave it?
I'm confused of the logic on this one... who taught you to respond like that? Stay classy, even if you hate something turn the other shoulder and be responsible and do your end and then get the hell out.
Not sure where the logic is of jacking someone's tool and NOT responding to phone calls.

I guess this is where I'll step in. Out of all the years I've been on iclub I've never bashed anybody or said anything negative, if you wanna get me starting on how shady of a job your shop did on my rhd conversion I'll gladly post pictures of how my wiring looked the day the car was returned to me. I took 4 visits to fix an issue you guys caused and didn't want to fess up to and tried to blame it on me when i knew exactly what the problem was. That's all goodnight!
