Damn dude, that sucks. Any serious damage?
did you get the cops name? would help alot with the insurance process i think, even without a report. At least the woman would think twice before telling the insurance company it wasn't her fault.

Unfortunately, I didn't get his info. He talked to everyone, cleared the accident because there were no injuries and left

Contact the Department that responded and see if they can give you the name of the Officer that responded to your incident. Most times they will tell you.

That's providing the officer was on site because it was called in, if he just happened to be there, he might not have called it in at all. But yeah, that's definitely worth a try.

I know what you mean, we do that all the time on the Ambulance. We only call it in if there's injuries other words we don't say anything to prevent doing the paperwork! Hahaha
