Nice, however the 3300 distance plus has an oil pressure release that is too low. Great filter, just not for subaru's. Wix #57712 is the proper.

Um, synthetic is a given, not to mention comes from the factory with it.

I'll take OEM filters over WIX, but WIX will work too.

I know and have seen many people using conventional oil on the wrx...wouldn't do it myself though

Swapped in my OE downpipe and boost solenoid to get factory recall emissions certificate DMV denied my registration until I had it. . . FYI to the 2012 Subaru owners
