dang....all you edumicated people.

I went to a bible college for a year in SoCal and then to SVC in fremont to get a graphics certfiicate....want to get a degree so dang bad butt time's not permitting. I have zero transerable credit to UCs. CRAP.

So yeah...26..no degree..yeah for me. I'm doing alright though.

Here is the real question.....how many of you are working in the field you got educated for and how many of you did the degree really help?

I know I'd be work a few more bucks with a degree...I figure about $85k instead of 60. maybe more..maybe not. biggest benifit would be that I could career change..I'd like to teach later in life.

I havent actually read any of this thread, so if my response is played, I apologize...

I'm a graduate from the school o' hard knox beeeyatch! And I too have held a tech job for the past 4 years. I'm not rollin' in dough or anything but yeah... the dream isn't dead yet.

note: if you're in school, stay there... I'm prety sure I'd be making more with a degree.
