The BECA program? Because I heard it was really good Did you like it?

I was going to apply there for my Masters, but I decided on Emerson College instead.

I can only speak for undergrade stuff, but I loved the BECA program. It was the first time in a while that I actually looked forward in going to class. I did mostly directing and below the line stuff. The instructors in the hands on courses (not theory courses) were in the business while teaching the courses so they knew their stuff. The theory courses, I didn't really get much out of. I mean I picked up a few useless media related things that most people would yawn at, but it made for a well-rounded experience.

Since I actually enjoyed what I was doing I didn't really think of it as something to get an "A" in as a lot of the projects would eventually be used for your demo reel later on so you kinda had to do good and not some half-assed job.

Only part that sucked for me was that the BECA program worked out a deal with Panasonic and we were to get all kinds of new equipment to replace some of our old outdated stuff...but I graduated and didn't get to use all the new stuff that was coming in.

And the folks in the BECA program are in a relatively tight group so everyone knows everyone.

But what do I know...I'm in the mortgage payment business now. Eh...what's next...
