You can disagree and state your disagreement, but the court is the place to fight it, not right then and there with verbal or physical advances.
How is "look me in the eye" not a challenge? Its the same as "say it to my face"

Where in police regulation to ask him if the reason he pulled him over is because he was black, or that he does his job because he's white. The 'suspect' has been cooperating completely and did nothing wrong. Put his hands on the hood and still doesn't know why. The officer baits him by bringing race into the situation, and he doesn't bite....so he commands him to "look me in the eye". He does exactly what he's told and turns to him, albeit in an aggressive manner. The cop knew what he was doing, and knew what was going to happen and wanted an excuse to hit him. I don't really know why you're trying to defend the cop.

That's right. Cops are conditioned to attack caged jack russell terriers in a drug raid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbwSw...layer_embedded
Especially when they pose no threat, and when children are around. Cops will use any opportunity to flex their muscle. Whether its your front tint, or some stupid kid running around at a philly's game

Suuuuure sure... I bet some ****'s were pretty nice guys but are just conditioned to shoot your face in.

They have no right to be bitter as you stated before, they chose that 'profession' and should be expecting it. 80% of their day consists of driving around in the suburbs not doing jack ****, 15% at Starbucks not doing jack **** and the last 5% probably writing you a fix it ticket, cause they're bored.

Define "good cop"? Walking old ladies across the side walk? Chasing bank robbers? Giving directions to the local library? Gimme a ****in break man. Cops don't do **** but tax your *** any chance they get. Then they try to be the "cool cop" and write you down for 80 instead of 85.

And I bet the cops were on their way to their local cross burning.

To serve and protect, yeah, serve us with fines and protect each other when in trouble. I have never had a cool cop pull me over in this state. Most cops look at us as the enemy as soon as they decide to pull us over.

Did anybody catch that he admitted to being THE Leon Patterson who had already been arrested for punching a deputy? Maybe this cop did think he was going to get punched.

the cop said "look me in the eye" and the dude complied. wtf?

cop was not being professional, and that's the problem in the vid... and it results in the cop assaulting the dude. two bad apples, but one is not supposed to be.

Officer should be fired, thrown into jail and made known of his crime. Throw in an African American roommate in there and this will teach him a lesson about racism and equality.
