^ That is a ridiculous amount for somebody with his production (10 PPG), even with the new salary cap. Especially when he becomes invisible sometimes for games that he plays. Dude isn't very good unless he plays with the starters. Either he hasn't had time to process that sweet deal, or it just shows you the type of person he is. That is a GENEROUS offer....overpaid offer....

Ezeli gets posterized in last night's game

Yesterday's game was called off after the 3rd quarter due to slippery conditions on court.

 

Barnes wants to get paid and will become a restricted free agent next season. I say, let him go!

 

Heard chatter about making a run for Durant and possibly a reason not to overpay for Barnes.

 

They are already offering a very generous $16m/year for 4 years, but he wanted more so he turned it down. That offer is already considered overpay. Dude wants to get paid more than what Draymond got, for less production. Wouldn't look right to have him be the highest paid player on the team with those kind of stats.

As for other news, Bogut has a concussion from yesterday's game when he banged his head against another player, causing lacerations to the face. He will play when his concussion symptoms go away.

Warriors are currently 1-0, undefeated. Meanwhile, the Cavs are winless at 0-1

 

That means they can match any offer and keep him. If what he's asking for is too much no one will offer him anything, and we'll keep him at about that price.
