good heads up, i just looked it up on craigslist and doesnt mention any of those problems. in fact, does the exact opposite.
"The car is salvage due from a car accident from the last onwer. The car runs in excellent condition, the body it good with NO dents small sratches but everything it-self is fine and the front bumper paint is coming off but other than that the car is fine"

I just posted an identical ad on craigslist that should pop up right next to his that warns people about the car.
The first owner had the accident lol, i really don't think he know until I told him. He thought he was the third owner, he's the fourth, and he didn't know anything about the accident, except that it was "bad." He didn't know anything about any mods done to the car before him either. Had no idea when the oil had been done or if it had been done. He had it three months and never did it so I asume people haven't been keeping up on the maintainance... it sucks that such a clean car is sooooooo salvaged.

you can be held liable for selling something that is hazardous if you have foreknowledge.

no, unfortunately, I didnt have my camera at the mechanic's shop, but I have the bill of the inspection with the list of things wrong and I can scan when I get home at about 9 tonight.
