Warming up and cooling down.

Yes. I believe in warming up and cooling down. Since you have a turbo, I would let it cool after driving, especially if the turbo was engaged. As soon as you cut power to your engine, it will drain the oil from the turbo back into the pan. This can cause it to overheat and also not last as long. Get either a turbo timer or let your engine idle for about 1 min. before shutting off. I don't think the Sube comes w/ a Turbo timer from the factory.
