Banks help the customer rather than the business because they "assume" the business has chargeback insurance. Large businesses will have it. Any public IPO will have it but a local owned local run business may not as it is very expensive. The same bank who refuses to help you not get ripped off will gladly sell you chargeback insurance ... and help you only then after you become their customer. Sorry.. run on sentence.. Havent had my coffee yet.

Like I said, file a police report and push for charges.

That, or file a small claims case, remember to add into your case the costs of filing the paperwork, and your time away from work. The $50 oil will turn into a $500+ venture for the *******.

Guys - I totally feel you on this. Chargebacks suck
American Express is gonna screw you on this, they ALWAYS side with the buyer.
My old shop stopped accepting AMX because of this.

You should remove the image of the CC slip, it's technically illegal to publish that publically. - 3rd party disclosure and you could get sued.

Why is it illegal?
We had a vendor here disclose allegedly libelous "information" of former employees.

Lol..."Entry Method".

The purchaser has entered into a contract with AHQ.
Small claims court will most likely side with AHQ.

I actually checked FB before lunch too -- damn Interwebz.

If he is the actual guy that made the purchase, he is a freakin' moron. But, if he is not..
