Uhoh bent wheel bolt

Those are the wrong type of lug nuts for your wheels. The ones you are using have a conical taper and are meant for an aftermarket wheel. Go back to your stock lugs..

Those ones can be used with OEM wheels.

I think the shop had overtorqued the bolts.

I've had shops do it too. They use the impact gun. Final torque needs to be done by hand.
