I guess nothing is perfect...even Carlsen Subaru. If they did not note down any damages when they first took the car in, then they are at fault regardless of if it was there or not in the first place. That's what a service writer is suppose to do, protect the customer and the company by taking notes on those things. I hope you get it resolved soon.
