Nog is too old for the game today and hes taken too much punishment in his career. Hes only 33, but physically looks and moves like a much older guy.

I was shocked to see big nog go down so quick! Didn't even last 1min. He definently has taken alot of punishment in his time fighting, but I don't think this will stop him from continuing to fight. Age doesn't mean **** it's all in how you train and what kind of mindset you have. If someone like Randy in his 40s and still fighting so successfully, then others can too. Proof.... mark coleman...damn that dude got his *** beaten recently and he's old, just wasn't training up to par.

Randy hasn't been in the battles Nog has, specifically, he hasn't used his face to absorb punches the way Nog has. I love Nog, I've been following him from the beginning, but he does need to call it a day. He's not going to get anywhere in the HW division fighting the way he fights now. 33 is young, but as I speculated before, Nog is not moving like a 33 year old due to the punishment his body has taken over the years.

Mark Coleman....really? That guy was never 'good' and has been nothing but a can in the last few years. I feel sorry for him, seems like a decent guy, just another one who doesn't know when to call it quits.
