Yeah I'm guessing so.

Some of the stuff that comes out of their mouths is ridiculous. They said there's only 2 BRZs in the dealerships in the whole state.

Also just because your an "i-club" member doesnt mean your entitled to a discount at all subaru dealership. You guys and I mean everyone on i-club and other car forums dont realized that they are probably only 1-5% of the dealerships business. They give discounts because you guys are enthusiast not because you guys are entitled to it.

Obviously you are affiliated. Supply and demand? When there are a million toyotas and plenty of subarus to go around, new ones arriving more than weekly.

Supply and demand on a 25k car going to 40k? No, thats called pure horse**** thought up by some highschool drop out moron sales manager who thinks because he is in a crowded area he can rape people. Idiotic, and there are plenty of brzs going around, notice how these dealerships are moving brz's at about 1/10th the rate of others, e.g. ****amonte, stevens ****, crapitol they can all eat ****. If you think the dealership is going to come help the community you are high on crack.

Call heuberger in colorado, limited brz manual for 26K+400 "dealer fee"+550 shipping.

We will see who is laughing come 2014 model and the dealerships that have continued to prove themselves scumbags are getting 1/4 allotment.

I'm sorry but at capitol we are selling cars like no tomorrow but I don't care to explain to you. You have your mind set on how a dealership operates so no point in explaining to you. Good day!

Those prices are insane. Remember when you could get an STi for $30k?

The internet manager at carlsen at least up until a couple months ago (haven't checked since) would sell you an sti under invoice under 32. Scion is suppose to have "pure pricing" where they are not allowed to add mark up, so i'd say complain but clearly better just to go to another dealer. Even paying MSRP for a brz is just accepting you are around a bunch of rip off dealerships rather than working to find one cheaper. Shouldn't be able to save 8,000-12000 dollars on a 27,XXX msrp new subaru delivered to your door by buying out of state.

Could get a more fair dealer from a crack dealer or goldman and sachs.

Not debating what you guys may have seen, but next time a screen-shot or a smart-phone-pic for us? I would love to see that pricing in actual print and what possible or lack of upspec there was versus insane markup.

So, like and-ummmmmm, yeah, supply and demand. Whether or not we agree on it is a moot point. Dealerships have Sales, Ops, etc to contend with as well as overhead. If someone with deep pockets walks in to where you work and offers straight up to pay you more than, say what you're car is currently worth b/c say, it's a well spec'd out GC, are you gonna turn down an additional $8k?

FWIW, see attached. I might just take a peek at the window stickers b/c AFAIK if someone posts a price on the Subaru based WebPage but the inside sticker reflects differently it's bait and switch. Last I checked those prices in the screenshot from just now were accurate, well, at least as of last Wed/Thurs.

Internet price vs sticker price are night and day different. It's not bait and switch because it's two different departments (similar to how WalMart refuses to pricematch their website.... even though they price match other websites....). However, if you bring in the internet price, they will lower it (as long as the specific stock # listed on the internet is still there). A friend just bought a car, internet price 12,995 while the sticker price was 15,995. Of course they honored the internet sales price, and in fact we worked with the internet salesman, not the floor salesmen.

Using a screenshot of their internet sales is about as much proof of the sticker price as someone posting what price they saw the sticker price was. Given that this is i-club, I'd be more willing to believe what someone posted they saw.

Thus why I said what I said. I know what sticker I saw on the blue one, but dealerships can also reprint a sticker to reflect market demand. I won't agree or disagree, I just would love to see a picture of this.
