You know, my statement's pretty hypocritical considering I saw the Glow in the Dark Tour and considered it one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. I still have a hard time admitting that I'm honestly a pretty big Kanye West fan because people I know give me crap for it. Don't care much for his "out of the studio" hijinks, but I've been a fan since the day his MPC cranked out "H to the Izzo" for Jay-Z. LOL.
For the record, I think Snoop Dogg was too blazed to have the 2Pac hologram bother him much. I think the hologram got contact high.

Maybe using Kanye was a bad example. If you look at even someone like The Cure who headlined in '09 (I think) or Jay-Z, the shows are much more performance based. You, the raging attendee, are there to hear some great music, the artist is there to perform their music greatly. I don't think I'm sensationalizing anything when I say I expect a certain caliber of quality in a HEADLINING performance.
I suppose I was just left of the target demographic Dre and Snoop were after though.

Gave pretty much all of 2pac's discog a listen today... I think I would've felt less weirded out if they started the hologram with something a little more positive like "Life Goes On". Would've struck a deeper note within me, but I guess I'm an outlier on this one.
