STIs use solid end links stock so theres no need to swap them out for perrin style ones like on regular WRXs, they work just fine

thats pretty much what I wanted with the flat hood so its nice to see what it looks like, though I think after that I'll just look for a reverse scoop, hood just doesnt look right that plain.

As for the Tune by HonData(honda tuning company ) they got 275hp/300tq with TBE, short ram, and FMIC, this would be a bit low with those mods tuned by one of the regular tuners, I wonder what Dyno that was and what gear it was ran in?

yea, what a waste of a nice sti. they should of just put some APC parts on it and called it a day since the outcome was about the same. $5000 budget too.

There's no reason to give them a nice car like the sti on the show, because they can't do anything special to it.
The show with the Nissan guy with the 240sx got a good deal out of it though, they gave him a sr20det engine swap. It was a stupid show, they were chanting drifting this and drifting that the whole show, but in the end, the guy got a engine swap.
All this guy got was a front mount, a reflash and some f'd up wheels and brakes.

ture but personally i like the wheels, if i couldnt afford to get new ones i would have done that i think black on silver looks sweet. hey ben couldnt you have gotten more than just 270 whp out of it? oh yea and i hate the chick like at the end of the show when she points out wht they did to there car its sooo anoyying... "and here is your newly transformed subaru sti!" look here we got a slotted rotor upgrade! arent you happy!!?" man that gets me annoyed.

hmm. if you think about it.. the FMIC and the flash did help his car out. they did decent work. i'm just mad about the exterior. that was stupid.

if i had an STi i would take the wing off too, i like it like that, and if i did get a FMIC i would get a reverse scoop or a regualr wrx scoop.
