There are pros and cons, but definitely did so much for rallying in the states, both him and block. It's a shame, I am really curious why he was released, I mean Pastrana is or wel WAS a great asset to the company. This leaves me bewildered.

True, but you figure a guy like him 2 left turns for millions of miles is not by any means entertaining and wouldn't be worth it. I figure he is well of with nitro circus, x games and all the endorsements already. But then again Red Bull probably will have him in their car for nascar.

I'm pretty sure they pulled the plug because Travis isn't regularly competing in rally due to his time commitment/obligation to Nitro Circus. He was in Australia doing the Nitro Circus road show for a good chunk of time this summer and missed a couple/few events.
