transmission leaking again...

I don't know from where now, this car is so frustrating. Any shops willing to take this in? pm me with your quotes. I'm gonna fix this thing then sell it, time to move on to something that wasn't beat on by the previous owner

I woke up this mornin to go to work, i start the car and move my moms car, I get back and then I smelled something horrible i look under the car and the cat is smoking from the gear oil burning on it.

It's the right side of the tranny I know that, I already replaced the gasket seal where the axle goes, now its leaking again, I haven't lifted up the car, but im pretty sure its from somewhere else now on the same side

Would the axle not being seated properly be causing this? its a 98 WRX transmission
