trade 03 trx for a 04, is it worth trading in?

I see it as a loss if you do it. Unless you want to trade it for an sti, I wouldn't do, plus i like the bug eyes better.

I just liked the 04 headlights, the rear tail lights and the bigger front scoop. Just my personal taste. But thanks for the input.

Interior on the 05 is by far the best in the impreza family.

Doing a front end coversion would probably be cheaper. Buy an STi if you want a new car.

yeah... if u want to upgrade, just go for the top of the line best. There's no point in just upgrading the year without better model spec. Get an STi or like a Legacy GT or something....

Pretty expensive trade for headlights and a scoop.

ps... you can get the 04 scoop for the 02-03... and there are a ton of headlight conversions units out there that replace the stock bugeye look all very affordable..

I would buy and STI but need an automatic for my wife to drive. I tried to teach her how to drive at stick, but decided to keep the world safe from her driving a stick.

will the 04 scoop fit on the 03?

I also like the 2002/03 hood scoops much more than the 2004. Not as big and POINTY!

Gruppe-S sells 04 STi style hoodscoops for 02-03 WRXs. I would get one of those (40%+ increased air flow). I would also use that $6,000 for an RA Gear set and VF34 setup. Good luck with your decision.
