trade 03 trx for a 04, is it worth trading in?
I have an 03 WRB Blue WRX with 19500 miiles it looks brand new and still smells new inside. It have a prodrive 18 p1s, vishnu reflash and turbo back exhaust. The dealer is offering me $19000 as a trade in and the new 04 at $24400.
Is it worth loosing $6000 to get into an 04? Thanks for you input.

I'm not clear on what the advantage is of getting an '04.
From what I understand, the only changes of note between '03 and '04 were the headlights, the seats, and the instrument cluster. Mechanically, everything is identical.
First of all, the '05s are out, so an '04 isn't "new" any more. If the dealer has a new '04 left over, he should be making a better deal to get it out the door. Unless you're getting the BBS wheels and all the upgrades, I can't imagine paying 24400 for last year's model. Sure, the trade-in is quite high, but you could probably sell your car, wheels, and turboback separately on the open market and buy a 1 year old '04 for only a bit more.
