The only thing I have a problem with is the gang mentality of the other kids jumping in making it 4+ on 1. Once the guy was disarmed and the first skater was involved in the fight, you stay out and let them two take care of business. It makes me sick to my stomach, and I have a sever hate for groups of people that jump one. Yes, I agree that the one kid should have beat the shit out of the gang banger as he did, however, I would have no problem at all prosecuting the second kid using his skateboard as a weapon, nor the third kid kicking the downed guy. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this somehow gets to be big and all the kids are caught. The kid who used the skateboard would be a shoe in for jail time, especially in Cali. Easy.
