unfortunately, in kalif, that would be illegal. the law is, once the threat is over, you cannot use dealy force.

in fact, you are required by law to evac the area to make sure you are safe and that nothing else will escalate.

its simple...threat was ongoing, fear of bodily harm/death...evasive action was taken to stop threat.

*I would venture to say you don't have kids? B/c if you did, that fear of someone kililng you and not being around to care for them would take over and you would A- lay down and let gangbanger shoot you or B- you take a chance and attempt to secure your own fate/future.

At around 1:16, you can hear something that either sounds like a shot went off or someone threw a garbage can at a wire fence. That skater's got some real *****, way to stand up for himself.

 

Yeah, they could have killed the guy. I think in a case where someone with a weapon comes after you and you think you might die, its better to kill the guy so he doesnt sue you for some retarded fluke in our system.

I dont understand why they kept the guy conscious...everyone with a skateboard should have been wailing on his face until there wasnt a face left.

Deserved to get beaten. And WHY did they stop smashin' that dudes face with the skateboard? I would have kept swingin' it til I couldn't move my arms. That dude threatened his LIFE. He deserves the right to not have a face anymore.

Agree 100%. The skater should have stuck the gun in that wet backs' face and pulled the trigger. There would be enough residue on the ***** spawns' hand to prove that there was a struggle for the gun, and it would have been self-defense.

Almost positive that was an air pistol here. Unmistakable bb/pellet sound right before the beatdown, and if it were a gunshot cameraman would've hit the deck along with everyone else. Nobody turns their back to a cartridge weapon in the hands of an aggressor. And furthermore, I worked with a sureno tweeker that boasted about pulling this kind of ****. If that was a special, the video would've had a different vibe.
