The one that I have, TDO6 20G 8cm is a pretty big snail...IMHO you need to build internals of the block, something which I have not done yet, to safely (and with longevity) get the full potential of a turbo this size; at least pistons, rods, studs and head gaskets...I am only at 310 whp/wtq right now on GST's dyno, but I know it is capable of 330+; it actually did put down that much on my set up during the tune, but I was afraid to stress the stock block that much...

normally when I leave the wednesday Zen Cafe meets, i do something funny when I'm driving off. A couple weeks ago on the PA I made the exhaust burble and pshhhh BOV sound of a real STI/WRX, and everybody thought it was hilarious since I have no turbo

For me. I daily drive my car, if it's something I use more, it goes further on top of the list. I drive a slow car to begin with, so I try to get the best bang for the buck.
1) Headunit
2) Component speakers
3) Amp
4) Sub
5) A good set of tires (usually a good all-season high performance that can be driven fairly hard, but are still nice for daily driving)
6) Rear sway bar w/ solid endlinks (I know, I know, 2 mods in that one but they go hand in hand)
7) Quality set of coilovers
8) Short shifter
9) Better seats (Recaro SRD, Bride Brix, Sparco Torino, etc. I prefer a reclinable seat.)
10) Driving skills (this really should be priority, ALWAYS)

1. ACPT CF Driveshaft
2. Link G3+ stand-alone ECU
3. Converting from Drive-by-wire to cable throttle
4. Ohlins Sportline coilovers
5. New motor (block, heads, intake mani, alternator, etc)
6. Custom GT30R rotated turbo setup
7. Aquamist meth injection
8. 04/05 Impreza tail lights
9. Varis cf trunk
10. And finally, my current favorite, 06 sti roof vane spoiler delete
I don't know if #5 is considered a "mod", but it is an upgrade, so it meets the criteria...I think.
