Tony @ Carlsen Subaru rocks again?
I just got back home from there this morning. I went in for a brake light(on cluster)check, the seat bolts recall thing and my rear defog don't work. Tony is the one who checked out my rex and while he changed out the bolts, he noticed that my cushion(butt portion) of the seat is sagging a little which I didn't even notice it(may be I sit and drive it everyday). He told his manager about it and they ordered a new driver seat for me right a way, so I will have a BRAND NEW driver seat, cool! And they also gonna replace/repair the whole rear window for me cuz Tony found out one of the line didn't work, they ordered new parts for me right a way again. Tony rocks dude, just wanna share with you guys. Whoever needs some work done, you know who you gonna go with.

Tony is a friend of mine. Very cool guy and a big Japanese car fan as well.
He's one of the partners that started Auto HQ with Kevin so you would see him there from time to time as well.

I figured he would be better.
I got a gold warentee as well, 6 years 60K and I will never go to Steven's Creek, even though that was where I bought the car from. I take it with the extended warentee I can take it to any dealer right?
It is good to hear somone is taking pride in their dealership.

Even you don't have the Gold, you can still take it to any dealership to have warranty work done. I will recommend Tony @ Carlsen. I know him for a long time, we used to work together. He is a very cool guy.
