When my GF was on her rag, thats probably how she viewed me when I was recovering from surgery and that made it even funnier.

I dont look that deeply into commercials. They either make me go wtf (geiko ones) or laugh (stereotype ones). Its no different than half the stuff on reddit. Im really not seeing where people found that commercial degrading to men.

No offense to you... for all I know you provide for 3 families. But to me it's probably more offensive to people that have done things like been a stay at home dad or at least an active father, provided for families and things like that.

I honestly didn't get that offended by the ad itself. I thought it was stupid and as a person that makes a living in marketing that it was a mistake. Who are the technology junkies in most relationships? The men. The men are the target and you're instantly alienating them. Stupid marketing.

But I can see why people get offended by it.

I was more offended by that retard that the article quoted and her general perspective. That kind of thinking is poisonous in an educational setting. I'm all for women working and being successful and all that. But that woman clearly puts too much importance on career achievements and blames men for everything bad in her life.

Hell... my wife and I are working on getting her through school... which means I'll have to pick up more duties... like pick up and drop off of my daughter. Doing everything on some days and what not. Why? Because her earning potential is higher than mine and because she isn't happy staying where she's at. She wants to move up.

She was not allowed and the letter was thrown out. He went to jail for 3 years I think and has to spend his life on a website full of perverts with trouble finding jobs because of a felony he shouldn't have been hit with in the first place.
It is very unfortunate it happened this way. However her not being truthful about her age does not change what happened.

"Hey, thats my bank over there. Can you be a dear and go in and grab me $200k out of the vault?"

It would have created a different situation. i.e. he probably would have had a reduction in sentence. Done no jail time and not had to register.

It's not really the same as what you're saying. 1. They wouldn't let you take anything out of the vault. 2. You know damn well it's illegal. LOL!

Imagine being 21 years old. How easy is it to tell that someone is 16 or 19?

He was lied to.

It would be like if you walked in to the bank and the bank said... here's $200,000. And you said... are you sure? And they said... yeah it's all good. It's yours. And then you got arrested for robbing the bank when in fact the money was a gift given with permission...

I not "Offended" per se, I shook my head and at the end thought aloud "got what she deserved". Dude's an obvious tool, she's an obvious ****, they're destined for each other because...

..both being like that they deserve each other. Just pray they're not breeders and the rest of the gene pool is safe.
