What they're trying to show is him sitting on his butt while the wife works... then comes home and does everything. It's a stupid *** ad.
I take offense because I did all that isht. I was a stay at home dad for like 20 months. I spent every waking moment with my daughter. Cleaned the house. Did laundry. Cooked. Etc. Why... because my wife was at work all damned day. Why should she have to come home and do laundry... and because... what else am I suppose to do.
I also applied for like 40 jobs a week and spent every free moment I had doing freelance. The last few months I was working 60 hour weeks and still doing all that stuff.
I was out every day. The coffee shop lady knew me and my daughter. She'd hold her and carry her around. I'd be looking for work or skyping on a freelance gig or something like that.
I still bust my ***. I work 9-10 hour days. Come home. Help cook. Help clean up. Do yard work if there's light. Bath's for the kid. Read her books every night. Try to help out with the mid night wake ups. Last night I was up twice. I finally ended up passed out on top of 30 stuffed animals sharing a twin bed with my 3 year old.
So that ad can **** off.
And the racist thing is just flat out stupid. I've met plenty of racist people of ALL races. You think the black chicks that give black men a hard time for hooking up with white chicks are't racist? Or when they make life hell for said white chick and their mixed kids aren't racist?

Just yesterday I saw a facebook status that made me facepalm. According to this person because hes black and the deli was out of tuna for his sandwich order, they were racist to offer him chicken salad instead.
I think each and every one of us is racist to a certain degree. Its human nature.

Morons in education... What's new? I have realized there's too many idiots to get riled up every time someone makes an idiotic statement.
I've taken education classes where it's supposed to be about encompassing diversity in the classroom, and instead the professor, being Hispanic, only talks about how Hispanics get shafted in the classroom.
But in the end, why should this even get guys riled up in the first place? Your wife/girlfriend knows you're not like this, and that's what matters.
The real message coming from this commercial?
There are girls who are too stupid to find a quality guy, they'd rather date a robot programmed by Samsung.

I haven't taken care of a kid, but there have been periods in my life where I went to school full time, took care of my whole disabled family (blind grandpa, grandma with alzimers and mom with ulcer) and worked 2 jobs to pay for everything because apparently few people in this country are interested in giving aid to a legal Caucasian immigrants…
There are just as many women in this country that have been brainwashed with the whole “Disney Princess” and/or feel entitled to be the center of attention and have the guy cater to their every need…and wouldn’t know what to do if life slapped them in the face.

Yes, what I saw there was a chick too stupid to do something about it, so the subliminal message I get is: DREAM about change, don't actually MAKE a change, because that would be too easy. If you are in a bad relationship, you are up to 50% of the cause.

There comes a time when equality is flipped on it's lid and it shifts the opposite direction.
i.e. black scholarships but it's not o.k. to have a white one. H.R. not acting when sexual harassment cases are filed by men against woman. Etc.
My beef is with the instructor. She is instructing generations of youth. Kids go in to schools like this and their entire lives can be altered by someone with extreme points of view. Go to Santa Cruz... how many kids from vermont or north dakota are short haired, hairy arm pitted, extreme leftist/feminist lesbians by the end of their first semester... why... because they can and they see that it's cool.
This instructor is a cancer.

She wrote a not to a friend saying just that... saying she didn't want him to get in trouble and that she lied to him. She was willing to testify.
She was not allowed and the letter was thrown out. He went to jail for 3 years I think and has to spend his life on a website full of perverts with trouble finding jobs because of a felony he shouldn't have been hit with in the first place.

I don't even mean like that and I know exactly what you are saying. He gave an example of a light skinned black dude giving him attitude, and he isn't like really dark or something. He's like "You are black ****, don't try to act like you are white or something." He also openly admits to having the same type of reaction though to some other black people, but he still thinks it is kind of funny that he does.

That was before. I only work those kind of hours when it calls for it, which is a few times a year. I have time to b1tch today because my project got pushed out to July or I wouldn't even be on here, I would be rebuilding my server right now....
