Tinted taillights??
is there any shop near Pinole that will tint tail lights or the area in daly city since i go out there a lot..

Quite. I wanted to tint my tails too until I saw how dim it made the lights...now I plan on cutting them out and painting them to match the car.
Edit: eBay tints are pretty garbage - you usually have to cut them out to match it right.
And good luck finding a shop that will do it - most won't because its a citation.

Most people go black or way too dark and it just looks like *** to me.
A slight tint is kind of nice on some cars.
Your tail lights have to be visible at 1000 feet and your rear facing reflectors need to be functional.
Go too dark and you give yourself another reason to get pulled over.
