my 05 wagon came with painted skirts. I'm pretty sure they started in 05 as well.

All I have is the one pic so far from my Evo. I'll get some proper photos later.

Also, is there some trick to cleaning the headlights? They've got that sorta foggy look to them, and I think it's inside the lense.

you sure its not oxidization on the outside of the lenses? pretty common for the suby headlights. If so, those headlight restoration kits and a bit of elbow grease work great
