their recommended method of fighting a ticket is to go the "trial by written declaration" route. i'm trying this with Roseville Traffic courts right now. it's basically a trial where you and the officer submit your testimony in writing instead of appearing. according to ticket assassin, you have a good chance of being dismissed because the officer may not file their paperwork on time. if you go in to the court house by the date listed on your ticket, you can plead not guilty and get all the forms you need instead of paying for the site to download their forms.
Yes, any information on Ticket Assassin would be appreciated by many, and by many, I mean myself. How successful was it? When do you turn in the paper work? Is there a big chance of getting your case dismissed? and so on...
Do what Gagan says. So far I am 4 for 4 since mid '02. I have also showed a few other people that have all gotten judgements in their favour. I know of 1 person personally who was found guilty using this process, and his was a stretch anyway.
GREAT site and GREAT info.

edgar,

You ran a stop sign and got a ticket. You are wondering if you should fight it thru ticket ***-***-in. The last one I am not too sure about.
After thinking about it for a minute, I have come up with the following answer: Seven.
Hope that helps.
