My co worker swears by them. I guess he got out of 3 tickets using this site.
Never heard of it but I figured to post it up.

pretty old. the guy is based in SD I believe. I used him a while ago and that's how I first found out about written declarations and trial de novo's.

once you figure out how to do written declarations, it's pretty cake. good find for people who need to get out of a ticket though

I have used it for a speeding ticket and court found me guilty but gave me traffic school cause I asked for it, even though its been less than 18 months since my last traffic school.

online traffic school wasnt an option for me last time, but i did have the option to do the blockbuster one. I rented a dvd, watched each section called in and took like a 10 question quiz for each section

yeah, too bad the cops know people believe everything they say and know people think they have no other options (or think that the cops would actually tell them they have other options)

I've used this site personally w/o success and was still found guilty and was offered traffic school. Another close friend of mine used it too and he got out of the ticket. So in essence, it's no guarantee. Basically the site tries to tell you about all the loopholes and you can basically claim anything and contest it and that's what it tried to tell you to do and has templates for you to write.

I got a funny story that relates to this:

I was on 101 S at about 8PM a night, *this was about 4 months ago*, im talking on my cellphone(bad idea) on the way home. I was doing maybe 85? So all of a sudden i see flashing lightings in my mirror.... hmmm ****... i hang up the phone and pull over.

The officer asks "Do you know how fast you were going?"
Me "No sir, how fast was i going?"
Him "About eighty miles an hour, are you drunk?"
Me "Uhmmm do i smell drunk? im just coming from work."
Him "Oh, let me see your registration and license. "
Me "Excuse me, i dont mean to threaten or offend you, but may i see your radar gun?"
Him "ARE YOU STUPID! I DONT HAVE TO SHOW YOU THAT! IM CHP (a few other angry remarks he made.)"
Me "Im sorry officer, i didnt mean to anger you, its what my aunt whos a lawyer said for me to do"
Him "Shes an idiot then."
Him "i dont have to show my radar gun, there are mile markers and i paced you for a mile an a half. I hate those stupid internet kids beating my tickets"
Me "Oh, sorry i didnt know"
Him "Im going to let you go, but dont ask another cop a stupid question."

SOOOO FUNNY! not only did he get surly but he used the phrase "Stupid Internet Kids".... to make it even more funny, i was trying to show him my EA(electronic arts) work badge.... ROFL i wonder what was going through his mind =).

I tried using it for a ticket I got for rolling through a stop sign. I didn't even get the traffic school or fine reduction I requested. =(

Would you mind telling me how this was worded in the letter from you to the court if you used Trial by Declaration?
