Might as well keep a copy of section 2 in your car in case CHP pulls you over, let him know his ticket will be pointless.

also get proof that there is no up to date speed survey for that portion of the road.

but i am guessing that if you try and tell him that stuff, then he will find something else to cite you for. better off taking the ticket as is then just going to court and getting it dismissed

When I take that way home from work at like 12am I usually fly down it at about 90, never even seen a cop, or for that matter, many other cars at that time.

[/i]and enforcement of the speed limit involves the use of radar or any other electronic device that measures the speed of moving objects"[/i]

Hmmm aren't modern speedometers electronic? You could argue that pacing you is therefore just as inadmissible as radar, lidar, etc... under that subsection.

that is correct, especially since most CHP pace or use aircraft to determine your speed. Rarely do they use radar, except for Niles Canyon Rd., parts of 24, and wherever they decide to have "crackdown days".

Aircraft tickets usually wont hold up in court, and I get radar on 13/580/880/101 just about everyday.

and dont forget, if you get an airplane ticket BOTH cops(in the plane, and pulled you over) have to show up for court or its lack of prosecution.

plus if they both show up, you have the right to ask that only one be present inside the courtroom at a time, so it may help them to not get their stories straight.

I've been stabbed before...it's not fun. it bleeds a lot but strangely didn't hurt much. I was more pissed than in pain. Course some would say I have mental problems when it comes to pain..haaa.

And beyond that....I wouldn't trust the average IQ on the srt-4 forums to give me advice on rotating my tires.
