Am I the only one bothered by the fact that bashing Bush is just so damn easy? I mean, it was funny making fun of Clinton because he couldn't keep it in his pants, but at least he did most things right. But with bush, the only thing we get to make fun of is the fact that he sucks at his job. Very sad times man.

I've always payed attention! I just want to hear what you have to say. In my point of view Bush has done one heck of a job. You obviously think otherwise, that is my reason why I ask you. Unless you are unwilling to share with me ur thoughts.

Actually, since i never really hear this end, and it would greatly simplify things - What has bush done RIGHT? I'm not saying he hasnt done anything right, but if he has i have never really heard it. Although, i do support his mars program - but for the most part this has been the worst administration since hoover if you just look at numbers.
I can be a smartazs, and i appologize for that, but really im pretty relaxed and think the truth is usually somewhere in between. So, what do you think?

I agree with you for the most part. The reason that I believe we dont hear about the good things he has done, is because the media doesnt consentrate on that. It doesnt make for good news, it's always better to be negative about politics. I believe that he has done a good job since we got hit by the 9-11 terror attacks. He has done a great job on taking the war on the offensive. He has done a great job with the military, giving them what they need, coming up with new ways to protect ourselves from attacks. Something that cannot have been said for ex-president clinton, he cut the military by almost half. Things were terrible when he was in office, military wise. Remember the movie Black Hawn Down? It was based on a true story, although it happened when clinton had barely taken office, he was still responssible for withdrawing the troop. Top-Notch soldiers died for no reason, at the end clinton didnt want to take the political hit and decided to withdraw. So what was the purpose of going in, in the first place! And #'s dont always tell the whole story as these numbers dont account for inflation. % would be better prefered to compare such stats since the times are fairly appart. Just my opinion nothing else.

I am a prominent i-club member because I drive a Subaru and I really like it. I'm not here to talk politics, so I'm pretty much not going to. The comment I made above was a simple observation of the state of things right now. No sitting President has given the country's comedians more material than Bush since Gerald Ford.
