I've only done Mary-jane once but i think now's the time to legalize marijuana. california would be out of the deficit within a year.
People are doing it regardless so why not tax the f**k out of it!? and lower the spending on drug control through the PD's.

the worst part of this is that we had a budget *surplus* when Davis took office. about the only productive use i can think of for Davis, is to use his head to store my used motor oil. Davis, his Fiscal Committee, and anybody who helped him get away with this nonsense. Davis belongs in a prison cell right next to an Enron execuctive, not a public office.

for the record i didn't vote in california.. i was in north carolina at the time but was born and raised here and still payed california taxes while statined in NC.
Regardless of which party you favor Davis is out of line... period.
