Has anyone tried the Ultimate Pho Challenge yet? It's basically a big *** bowl of pho that if free if you can finish it in under an hour, otherwise, it's $22.

The most authentic place I've been to in California is Philly's Best where the first chain store was put up in Fountain Valley in Orange County. We met the owner when they first opened and found out he was from the same area we were from in Philly. He imports the meats, the rolls, Wise potato chips, Frank's sodas and one time we went he even had Yuengling beer there. There are other locations now as well, but not up here in Nor Cal.
You can even get Tastykakes stuff there!!! So good. I used to work within walking distance from a Philly's Best. I'll have to eat there next time I go back to the OC.
