Since we are all here.. does anybody have a WRX or STI hood in DGM that they want to sell or trade for my regular hood + cash?

 

 

Well ask speedelement because last I checked a while ago they had a thread for a CF hood from seibon (stock style) for 400 bucks. I think it will look good with your DGM.

 

Welcome to i-Club, you will find that we all really dont appreciate ricer/poser mods around here, your 2.5i is just fine and no ones going to knock you for it. So please dont put a hood scoop on your non-turbo car, you might as well put a Type-R sticker on the back while your at it

 

Well... I really like how the +08 looks with a scoop no matter what model it is so i would rather get made fun of for not having a turbo and have a car that looks the way i want it to look. Thanks for the input kinkov.

 

Well last I checked Krinkov, you have a GC 2.5rs, and how functional is that hood scoop of yours?
It's not like the guy is badging his car as an STi or WRX you know? Though it is deceiving with the scoop, I am sure he has no intentions of being a poser or a ricer. I do agree with you to some extent.

As for you iDriveMyi, you are entitled to your own opinions, it's your car so do what you like!

well.. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I really think the new style scoop is sooo sick. And I actually was contemplating getting the new 11 sti spoiler but I already have the little one and the holes don't match up. I would love to have an STI, for the looks and the power but for now I can only pay insurance on a 2.5i so I will work with what I have.
