i'm running a blousch td05 16g xt 7cm and love it.
it's my dd, i didn't want/need high spool, wanted to keep it all low.
have 308awhp/302 tq. works great for me, but i don't have all that much experience with other turbos.
i've heard a lot of good things with the FP green though.

thinking pump and e85. stock motor but im working on having EQ do a stage 1 build.
as for goals i would like to see 370-380 whp on pump. our local e85 shut down so for now im limited to e85.
current numbers are 350/340 on eds road dyno software.

well i made around 372whp and 450tq on e85 tune with ed, but my tune is pretty aggressive.
but in my opinion anywhere above 360whp on a stock block is really pushing the oem ringlands.
i have broke plenty of them before in the past lol.
man that 20g 8cm you have sounds like a awsome setup, espcially on e85 bro!

Element tuning GT52 for sure! I'll be picking this up too.
Element Tuning GT52 $1899
(52 lb/min, 375-500whp, Bolt-On)
This turbocharger is very similar to many other 7cm TD06 20G framed bolt-ons but that's where the comparison ends. In this particular turbocharger we use a Garret GT30R 52 lbs compressor wheel, Garrett turbine wheel and shaft. The compressor is a GT30R rated at 52 lbs utilizing an internal wastegate.
Typically we see 20 psi by 3600-3800 rpm tuning with the Hydra with pump gas power in the 375-400 whp range. Both housings are completely ported for increased flow and wastegate performance. Race gas power is in the 475-500whp range.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper modifications and a quality tune between 3500-4000rpms. Fuel upgrades for this turbocharger and proper engine management are required.
The Element GT52 has been recently updated to increase internal wastegate performance.* Increased port work, larger wastegate port, and a larger wastegate valve has been utilized to ensure boost creep free performance.

The fp green is a pretty good turbo. I had it on my 06 wrx, and it gave me 330hp and about 340-350tq. I also heard good things bout the element gt52 both are great turbos so I don't thing you can good wrong with either those 2. But it also depends on how much power you want to get as well.

What type of dyno/software gave you those numbers?

Waist of money, that turbo is going to be holy laggggg! When you get it let me know, will show you that a smaller turbo is much better unless this car is a drag car! If anyone wants a ride I would love to show you how Fine Line set my car up. Not only how stock it looks but how it drives, the car drives amazing! I don't understand why you would want a 2,000 rpm power band, I guess we all have different goals! If I am right the FP is not BB? 2.5XTR is considered a GT28, a step up from a 20g! Go rotated if your going above a 30r, anything bigger then a 30r become laggy. That's my 2cents.......
Talked to Ed about a turbo for my set up and he highly recommends this. I mean 20psi at what? 3600 rpm!! I see no lag in my furtue

Let me know if and when you decide to sell that 20g, would be quite happy at that power level. Personally a fan of both the fp green and 2.5xtr should get you close to 400whp on E85. You decide if you are going to stay EWG?

The 30r has more of a 3k RPM powerband. Mine has usable power above 3000-3200 in 4th and 5th, but it surges in 5th or 6th if you mash it below 3600 or so.
NATION: It really depends how you will use the car. I love the 30r for a street car, but the power is not very usable. If you are going to make it to some trackdays then I would say something aronud the 30r or smaller would be good. If you are only driving a street car or AutoX, I suggest something smaller that will be a little more drivable.
In the end you should tell Ed how you want to use the car, and how you want it to drive. Remember, you can only have 2: reliable, fast, cheap
