When I was looking at getting an '06 WRX Limited wagon, Carlsen's best was around $30k out the door. There was one or two at Livermore closer to $27k (not OTD) but they went before I could get there.

I got my '03 Sedan for $22.6k and granted that's not the limited with leather and such, but I still couldn't justify $30k for a WRX wagon...
