Is there a shop here that straightens wheels?

I've got some old legacy B4 17's that need tires. Two of them are a tiny bit out of round... Anyone know where I can get them straightened and maybe powder coated???

Thanks,

Ash

Wheel techniques down in Santa Clara too...

http://www.wheeltechniques.com/contact/contact.html

I wouldn't expect either shop to be cheap though, typical wheel repair prices are $140 and up- per wheel, depending on the amount of work needed

I'll second Wheel Techniques, they can repair wheels that other shops (including Rite Way) aren't able to.

I know that they are common wheels, but if you wan the job done right take the wheels to Stockton Wheel. These guys have been around for 100 years. I took two wheels that i needed fixed sometime ago to like 5 shops.....everyone said that they were hopeless and that i should get new ones but not these guys just by looking at them they told me right off the bat that they could be fixed. The wheels were done the next day and they balanced out perfect on their lathe (something like in .001). They charged me $100 per wheel. I would'nt trust any of these so called shops that have their "experts" on duty. Stockton Wheel also makes custom wheels, widened stock wheels, powder coating...ect. This the only place i'll ever go for my wheels. *****This sounds like a plug for Stockton wheel***

AIM at Sears Point sends them out to someone who does a terrific job. They also clean and clearcoat them.

Happy Motoring

wow... thanks for all the recomendations guys. The wheels aren't bad at all. When I was balancing them last time you could see just a tiny bit of wobble at the edge of the rim. I never had any probs drinving on them... I just figured that I'd make them perfect before I put new tires on them. I love these wheels and I've never seen another set around here.

What about someone local to powder coat them???

thanks again,

Ash
