so i got both of my tickets in the mail today, obstructed lisence plate, and possesion of marijuana, and then tonight just now on my lunch break i got a ticket for exhaust and no front plate, and still have alot of driving to do tonight. . . . wish me ****ing luck we are getting quotas around the east bay dudes

There Is no Quota a COP has to make each month, They are simply just trying to get our ****ty *** state out of Debt.... If you ask me It's a stupid way of doing so...

yea ****s weak, and really whats 10 dollars anyways not like i dont know half the police force it cost him more to write the ticket(15 mins of his pay) than there going to make, whatever though, and i heard at work that in january fix it tickets are going to be 25 dollars to help budget

Damn bro, that really is ****ty. Your car isn't exactly undercover though lol. You have limo tint in the front, no front plates, tint on the windshield, big ol exhaust, ALL blacked out haha. It just asks to get pulled over.

Obstructing your license plate, possessing marijuana, and having a modded exhaust and no front plate are not "quota" issues, they are you breaking the law issues.

2. lose the obnoxious exhaust..lose 10whp..big wow
3. this is california, if you regularly smoke pot go and see your doctor and give him the "I can't sleep at night...since I was 10 years old I haven't had a good night sleep...the only thing that works is pot...can I please have a prescription marijuana card..If not then don't smoke in the car, have a gas can that stinks to hide the odour and find a real good hiding place.
Do these things.

When pot is found in a car a medical MJ license is usually enough for it to be ignored.
If your driving down the 280 at 90mph with a blunt blazing and weaving in and out of traffic things may be different.

seriously, there's nothing to contest there. when it comes down to it, when you're doing something wrong expect the consequences. obstructed front plate? un-obstruct it. loud exhaust? it'll call attention to yourself, especially if it is over the legal dB limit. possession? drugs are for losers.
