It's easy the module is located under the dash right of the glove box. Simply unplug it.

I had to use pliers to undo the tab, way easier than using your hands

What year car has the dash plug? My old WRX had a plug right near the turbo in the engine bay, but my STi doesn't so I'm guessing that's the plug you're talking about Jeff... Right?

Anyone have a link or pics of it? I'd really like to turn mine off too, I hate day time running lights.

Yeah turn them off. Good to have lights off when someone is firing at people at night.

Your old WRX had the plug in the same spot. It was easier to gain access to the module on the strut tower from the engine bay.

It's there... Trust me. Look up there it's just like the one in the pic. Unplug the yellowish one.

For my 03, I had to go under the glove box. I was literally upside down with my legs on the top of the seat, fully reclined
