Tail light tinting locations?

Tail light tinting locations?
So I'm looking to get my tail lights tinted.. call it rice or whatever you want but I like they way they look on a black car. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a place that offers the service and any experience they've had with it. Also, does anyone know if it's illegal or not? I haven't been able to find much material on that subject. Thanks in advance.
