Doug, you so rock!

YOU NEED TO COME AND TAKE PICTURE AT HAMILTON!!!

I SWEAR, it will be so worth your while. I bet you would have at least 15 people wanting to pay for a nice picture!

if not more

Doug : you forgot to take an Impala SS Pic

Please y'all don't say that I managed to outrun EVERY Subaru there in my big-old Taxicab!!!! I know that at least one WRX beat me in ESP (and to the best of my knowledge, outright won ESP), but anyone else????

BTW, my best time was a 58.50. I should have my "in-car" video online shortly, I'll throw a link in this thread when I do.

Doug : to help on your "unknown" pics :

17 : Honda Civic
55, 92 : Dodge Neon SRT4
160 : Nissan 300ZX
194,195 : Acura Integra GSR
249 : Honda CRX
265 : Saab???
301 : Acura RSX
394,395 : Honda Prelude

It was a fun day, 4 runs but no fun runs. And its about 100 miles even from San Mateo to Marina.

Impala SS

I didn't see you run. I was there for the first four run groups. Unless your car is totally black......looks like a cop car? I have this natural adversion to cop cars. Don't know why.

Next time you see a photographer at the course, go up and talk to him. Tell him you won't spin-out and knock him over if he gets pics of your car.

Doug,

https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...threadid=20392

we have 1 huge meet a year, and this is it. July 13th, Joseph Grant Park a third of the way up hamilton...

We are expecting 80 cars at least... that's why i figure you will have good amount who once they see a picture might just pay for one.

You should post in that thread or create your own advertising your work and making an offer for club members...

KDawg : OK, I'll let you in on the secret. The SS is faster on most AutoX courses than my WRX (which, as past events have shown, is pretty close to your WRX in times.....I'm probably on a better suspension, but I think you've got better tires). It's a big car, but it has a good suspension under it, WAAAAAY more rubber (and stickier rubber) than the WRX, and lots more low-end torque (even taking into account the weight of the car) than the WRX.

Yep, it's a bit of a sleeper

I doubt I'd have been able to get much under 60 seconds flat in the WRX (on the Azenis) on that course.

Doug : I was in run group 5. I was just giving you some crap on that one . Seriously though, nice pictures!
