I ran Konis for past 3 years on my Forester with a number of different springs, wagon Swifts were the last (I just switched to Ohlins and JDM Pinks). IMO, Koni's valving is better suited for a spring with a bit more rate than the Swifts, but it will work. It may get a bit harsh on rougher roads.
With Konis compression is static and rebound is adjustable, on AGXs and D-specs you are adjusting both compression and rebound at once (one goes up, the other goes down).

ahhhhh I see, I actually have no budget for my struts and will probably be willing to save up to get some Konis' Thanks for so much imput everyone!

Alternatively, if you never plan to go off pavement, then get koni inserts. You're going to have to do extra work to have them installed in stock struts. But the consensus is the valving on the Koni's are awesome.[/QUOTE]
Koni yellows/inserts are the same thing right? They're not just the replaceable struts? Kinda confused here haha. What do you guys think about swift reds with konis?
