Its Hong Kong, so those douche kids are easily replaceable/already have 'backups' in place
On the mainland you couldnt drive like that for long before hitting some other sh*tty driver/farmer on a bike/food seller pushing cart against traffic/etc.etc...

i believe thats Hong Kong... i remember hearing about the street racers over there when i was younger. it's almost like a rally, the group sets up a point where they will finish and they haul *** there.
