why the hell would you touch someone elses car? i mean yeah it would be funny if they hit your friends car and then you did something to **** with them, but thats kinda weird to randomly open the door.
I leave my doors unlocked often, since there's nothing inside to steal, and anyone can break into a frameless door in 10 seconds anyways.

I wouldn't touch it, he may have a reason for not locking the doors.
Here's another question though:
You see an older model car parked with the lights on (old enough to not have the feature where they automatically turn off after x minutes). Do you go over and see if the car is unlocked to turn the lights off?

I would leave it alone. With my luck, they would have left it unlocked intentionally. And then they would track me down and sue me for the cost of having their car unlocked, any damages caused when it was being unlocked, plus damages from the mental anguish of knowing that someone invaded their privacy.

probably wouldnt touch it. if it was parked in front of a big box store, like walmart, best buy, target, etc, i might tell a manager so they could put it on the PA
