Traditional barbers should be trained to use a straight razor. It's the major skill that separates regular cosmetologists from barbers. Call area barbers. Preferably those that are old enough to remember using one.

I know, I used to get my shaves like that, there was this hella old school barber named rudy on the east side of my town, used to give 2 dollar haircuts and 1 dollar shaves.

As others have said, should be any good traditional barber.
yeah, when they sharpen that *****, its scary as ****...... but not as scary as when they actually start doing it. after a few seconds my first time, i was cool. kinda helped that the barber was actually one fine little honey. married, but still fine. makes everything better
