STi turbo surging noise...

I just tuned my car to Cobb's OTS Stage 1 map and noticed when I go WOT, I can hear the turbo surging. It didn't do it before I changed the maps so I don't know if that's normal.

All I have on the car is a SPT Intake and the turbo was boosting at 17 psi.
